Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quick Service Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.You will ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurately prepared and presented, while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your ability to provide excellent customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction.

Duties

- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure all food items are properly sanitized and handled according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately, including taking payments for room service orders.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Follow basic math skills for order calculations and cash handling tasks.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for processing payments and managing orders effectively.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail.
