We are currently hiring a full-time

Service Appointment Coordinator

. This position will pay $22/hour. In addition to the hourly rate there is a monthly bonus structure. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to providing seamless service experiences to our clients.

What we expect from you:



Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below). Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner. Book and confirm service appointments via phone, email, and web-based inquiries. Communicate with the Service Team to schedule work accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers regarding appointment reminders and deferred service needs. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment data in the scheduling system. Address customer questions and concerns with a genuine effort to resolve issues. Assist with cashiering and invoicing when needed, ensuring smooth handoffs. Coordinate with parts and service departments to align timing and customer needs. Monitor service traffic flow to help manage wait times and improve shop efficiency. Stay current on training initiatives related to customer service and product knowledge.

Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a customer service or appointment booking role is preferred but not required. Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.
