Position Overview

We're looking for a

Service and Parts Person

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-first attitude. You'll be responsible for assisting in equipment maintenance coordination, managing parts inventory, and supporting our service department to ensure our fleet is always in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing parts orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder parts as needed. Assist service technicians in locating and supplying required parts. Support the service department with work order processing and documentation. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Assist customers and team members with parts inquiries, quotes, and availability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts and service area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a

service, parts, or mechanical support

role (preferably in equipment rental, heavy equipment, or automotive industry). Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment and machinery. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficient with computers and inventory management systems. Valid driver's license (preferred).
