Service Advisor
to guide customers through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. The ideal candidate will be a great listener, detail-oriented, and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments and offer personalized service for routine maintenance and repairs.
Advise customers on repair needs, service costs, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
Provide detailed explanations of repairs and ensure customer understanding of services performed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the cleanliness of workspaces and customer vehicles.
Promote dealership service specials and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Minimum Grade 12 education; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
Previous service advisor experience is an asset, but we're open to training the right candidate.
