Saint John, NB Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Greet and assist customers as they enter the Service Department \xc2\xb7 Understand customer needs and preferences \xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repair services \xc2\xb7 Maintain thorough knowledge of the dealership\'s service offerings and pricing \xc2\xb7 Process service paperwork and handle financial transactions \xc2\xb7 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience Requirements: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent \xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\'s license \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
