About the Role:

As a

Service Advisor

, you'll be the vital link between our valued clients and our top-tier Porsche service technicians. You'll ensure every customer receives white-glove treatment--from the moment they arrive, through every step of their service journey, and beyond. With a focus on personalized service and performance, you'll help uphold the Porsche standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional, engaging manner and guide them through the service process Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, timelines, and costs with accuracy and transparency Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient and timely service Maintain detailed and accurate service records in our dealership management system Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service needs Uphold and promote Porsche and Wyant Group values in every customer interaction
What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor

in an automotive dealership setting (required)

Luxury automotive experience

is a strong asset Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to excellence Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
