Sales Manager

to lead our elite sales team and drive continued success at one of the province's most prestigious luxury automotive dealerships.

Your Role:

As Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor our sales team while overseeing daily operations on the showroom floor. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing the customer journey, and upholding the Porsche brand's reputation for excellence. Your experience in automotive management, combined with a deep understanding of the luxury market, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed performance targets Drive an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to final delivery Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to optimize team performance Manage inventory and coordinate with Porsche Canada to meet supply and demand Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused dealership culture

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive sales management

(minimum 3 years)

Luxury brand experience

is a

strong asset

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A deep understanding of the sales cycle, performance metrics, and team motivation Customer-first mindset with a passion for high-end automotive brands Valid driver's license and clean driving record
