Job Description

Fountain Tire Milton, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for an experienced automotive industry professional to join our team as a service advisor. This is a new shop and we are looking for someone who can help build a solid reputation!

Salary: $50,000-$55,000/year based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer, and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
• Pride in the work you\'ve done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!

Working conditions:

• A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
• Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required
• Consistent work with computers and communicating on the phone

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry preferred
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer requirements and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• A valid driver\'s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver\'s abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
