Position Overview:



Supervise a team of 6-8 service advisors. Be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service by assessing vehicle concerns, checking recalls, and keeping customers informed. Handle warranty claims, prepare repair orders, and ensure timely repairs. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, this role is for you!

Essential Functions and Purpose:



Principal Responsibilities:



Assist Service Counter staff with customer communication for units in the shop Build repair estimates and submit to customers to obtain approval Monitor Uptime Pro for First Communication and Express Assessment completion and Throughput Reason for Miss Monitor and maintain back-order parts repair order weekly Monitor and maintain to-return repair orders weekly Assist Service Technicians as required Primary support for Mobile technicians Open and close mobile repair orders Maintain mobile repair orders in U-drive system Reconcile mobile department work in progress (WIP) weekly Update mobile work schedules in Outlook calendar as necessary Maintenance Plans/Contract Maintenance Agreement functions as follows: Track of hours and mileage for contact customers monthly Send reminders to customers for services coming due monthly Update google doc with repair updates daily Assist with training of new Service department staff and coaching of existing staff Service Counter backup for vacation coverage Participate in the creation, implementation, and practice of processes for Service department functions as part of Elite Support Perform duties or special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:



3 years experience as a Service advisor Experience supervising employees and managing related concerns Proven technical expertise Knowledge of trucks and parts Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Excellent time management skills Able to work in fast-paced environment Work well with internal and external customers
