Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for premium automotive brands and delivering best-in-class customer service? Jaguar/Land Rover & Volvo Kelowna is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to become a key player on our high-performing service team.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, delivering exceptional service from check-in to vehicle return Accurately write repair orders and explain recommended services clearly and professionally Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely service updates Coordinate vehicle pick-ups, provide estimates, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction Maintain a detailed knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo service standards and product lines Meet or exceed service sales goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related position in a dealership environment Strong working knowledge of automotive service processes, preferably with premium brands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment A collaborative team player with a focus on results and client satisfaction Valid driver's license and clean driving record
