What you will do:

• Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle.
• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Ongoing customer communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Satisfy the expectations of the manufacturer as they relate to the service writing function.

What you will bring:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive would be considered an asset.
• Service writing experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment.
