What You'll Do

Be the face of our service department, greeting customers with professionalism and care Consult with customers about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs Provide accurate estimates for cost and completion times Prepare repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians Keep customers updated and ensure timely completion of work Handle customer concerns and find solutions with the team

What We're Looking For

Energetic, customer-first attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Automotive knowledge and Service Advisor experience are assets, but not required Valid driver's license
