What You'll Do:
Greet guests and support them throughout the service process
Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and guest expectations
Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and pricing
Coordinate with Technicians and Parts staff for efficient service delivery
Keep guests informed of repair status and any updates
Prepare detailed repair orders and process warranty claims
Ensure a professional, respectful, and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up

What We're Looking For:
A positive, guest-first mindset with strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Team player who adapts easily in a dynamic environment
Valid driver's license required
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is an asset
