In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, the trusted advisor who helps them understand their vehicle's needs, and the communicator who keeps them informed every step of the way. You'll also do walk-arounds during check-ins and share clear, informative updates when additional work is recommended.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------
+ Greet customers and collect detailed information about their vehicles
+ Explain services, costs, and timelines in a transparent way
+ Open, update, and close accurate work orders
+ Schedule and manage service appointments
+ Communicate with customers throughout the service process, including updates on changes or timelines
+ Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery
+ Verify warranty coverage prior to repairs
+ Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets safety and customer satisfaction standards
+ Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience
+ Valid driver's license with a clean abstract and background check
+ Experience in similar position, automotive service or a customer-facing role an asset
