What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability

What You Bring:

Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales Strong communication and problem-solving skills A calm, professional approach. Especially when things get busy Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning
