Winnipeg Hyundai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills and have experience in a dealership administrative role. This position requires the ability to multi-task while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties
Working with the service team to provide assistance in all areas
Answering customer inquires
Book service appointments
Assisting in submitting warranty information
Closing work orders
Providing assistance with scheduling service technicians work
Providing back up for the service advisors when needed
Various other administrative items in the department as needed
Experience
Previous experience as a service administrator or in a similar administrative role in an Dealership is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with phone systems and computerized record management is essential.
Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and communication.
