About the Role
As our
Service Administrator
, you'll be the go-to person for all customer service requests, from initial intake to case tracking and follow-up. You'll support our technical service operations by organizing inbound service inquiries, maintaining clean documentation, and delivering timely updates to clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do
Receive, log, and assign service requests (warranty & non-warranty)
Track service cases across
US & Canada
, ensuring timely updates
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal teams
Communicate with customers regarding timelines, updates, and paperwork
Keep service logs, reports, and documentation accurate and up-to-date
Assist with service reporting for management
Ensure documentation is accessible across departments
What You Bring
5-6 years
of experience in admin, service coordination, or customer support
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-based environment
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Familiarity with CRMs or service ticketing systems is a plus
