Service Administrator
to join our fast-paced, high-performing Service Team in Thunder Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the service team in day-to-day administrative operations to help the department run smoothly.
Enter data into the computerized SAGE system for work order processing, invoicing, pre-invoicing, and obtaining purchase orders.
Monitor and review back order reports and cross-reference with Work-In-Progress (WIP) data.
Prepare safety certificates for annuals and coordinate delivery to customers in partnership with the CSSR.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, or fax, while maintaining positive customer relations.
Manage and maintain the service department's filing systems and documentation processes.
Support various administrative duties including preparation of equipment documents such as safety certificates, annuals, and equipment files.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, coworkers, management, and customers both verbally and in writing.
Contribute to the team environment and overall success of the company by being a proactive and engaged team member.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
A self-motivated, people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general web applications.
Experience with Sage 300 ERP is an asset but not required.
Previous experience working in a service department or possessing mechanical knowledge is considered an asset.
