What you'll be doing:
Be the
first point of contact
for service customers--answer calls with a friendly, professional tone.
Schedule and coordinate
service appointments for oil changes, brakes, and other minor repairs.
Follow up
with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate customer records
in the database.
Provide
administrative support
to the service team to keep operations running smoothly.
Communicate clearly and professionally
with customers and team members.
Pay attention to
every detail
--because in service, details matter.
What we are looking for:
A natural people-person who's comfortable on the phone.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Computer savvy--you'll be using scheduling systems and email daily.
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Previous experience in admin, reception, or customer service is an asset.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
