Receptionist,

Temporary Full-Time

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours/Week



8:30AM-5:30PM

Status:

Temporary Full-Time - 18 months with possibility of extension.





The

Receptionist

is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.

What you'll be doing:

Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support Complete website updates and maintain databases

What we're looking for:

Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
