Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, the Service Administrator is a key member of the service team, responsible for applying developed policies and procedures to process service work orders in an accurate and timely manner. The Service Administrator will also update and maintain customer account information relating to assets and contracts, ensuring that data is current and accurately reflects the account status.
What you'll do:
Build positive and collaborative relationships with all points of contact across multiple departments.
Review and verify field orders, post to invoice, and set-up or amend rental contracts.
Resolve internal escalations related to billing, asset movements, and rental contracts.
Perform duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner to meet productivity targets.
Consistently apply and leverage developed procedures and processes.
Update and maintain customer account information.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, taking customer calls from the general service or delivery queue during peak activity levels.
Other duties as required.
What you bring:
Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience.
High working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Developed problem solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are crucial.
Proficient typing skills
