Salary: $19.00 - $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

Maintain efficient and organized filing for dealership documents such as Service repair orders, Shuttle records, Banking/Deposits, Visa's etc.
Process invoices and create purchase orders
Work closely with both internal and external customers
Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate person
Respond to all requests same business day
Contribute to a safe, secure and positive work environment

Qualifications

Experience as an Automotive/Collision Parts Advisor is an asset.
Detail oriented and results focused personality.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Software is an asset.
Valid driver's license.
