Ce que vous ferez :
Offrir un service courtois, attentionne et conforme aux standards Four Seasons, en anticipant les besoins des clients.
Assurer la mise en place et le service (ouverture, fermeture, dressage des tables, service de l'eau, pain, plats, boissons, cafe/the).
Presenter les menus, expliquer les plats et conseiller les clients selon les suggestions du Chef et la carte des vins.
Utiliser les systemes informatiques (Micros) pour la prise de commandes, facturation et encaissement.
Collaborer avec l'equipe (sommelier, commis, superviseur) pour garantir un service fluide et efficace, y compris en periodes achalandees ou pour les banquets.
Respecter les procedures de securite, manipuler le materiel avec soin et rapporter tout incident ou probleme au superviseur.
Ce que vous contribuez :
1-2 annees d'experience dans un poste similaire, idealement dans un milieu hotelier de luxe ;
Bonne competence de communication en francais;
Un niveau d'anglais intermediaire est requis pour offrir un service professionnel a une clientele internationale, comprendre leurs demandes specifiques et repondre de maniere efficace.
Avoir une excellente resistance au stress et le gerer de maniere positive et efficace ;
Etre a l'aise dans un environnement a cadence rapide ;
Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles puisque ce poste implique un contact constant avec la clientele ;

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, team-oriented individual to join our renowned restaurant. Elegant, warm, and refined, the ideal candidate brings empathy, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.
What you will do:
Provide courteous, attentive service in line with Four Seasons standards, anticipating guest needs.
Handle setup and service (opening, closing, table setting, serving water, bread, dishes, beverages, coffee/tea).
Present menus, explain dishes, and advise guests based on the Chef's suggestions and the wine list.
Use hotel systems (Micros) for order taking, billing, and processing payments.
Collaborate with the team (sommelier, busser, supervisor) to ensure smooth and efficient service, including during busy periods or for banquets.
Follow safety procedures, handle equipment with care, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
What you bring:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment;
Good communication skills in French;
An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.
Excellent stress resistance and the ability to manage it positively and effectively;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
Good interpersonal skills, as this position involves constant guest interaction.
