Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant.

Duties:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards

- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations

- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a server role in a restaurant is required

- Knowledge of food handling, food preparation, and food safety protocols

- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering/mathematics

- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Ability to work under pressure

- Understanding of guest services and hospitality industry practices

- Serving it Right licenses (candidates can get the mentioned licenses during training if they don't have them yet)
