General Manager

to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, managing daily operations, staff training, cost control, and financial performance while creating a positive, guest-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service standards Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs (labor, food, and supplies) Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and workplace health and safety regulations Recruit, train, and develop team members to support ongoing growth and success Work collaboratively with ownership and corporate support teams to drive results

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant (franchise or corporate brand preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze P&L reports, and meet financial targets Guest-focused mindset with a passion for quality service and team development Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
