Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to support the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout the dining experience. Assist with cash handling, including processing payments and providing change. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Must be able to handle food safely according to health regulations. A willingness to help others and work as part of a team is essential.
