Servers play a vital role in the dining room. They are the point of contact for the guests, make tailored recommendations, provide elevated levels of hospitality, facilitate memorable dining experiences and let their personalities shine. Servers work all meal periods; they ensure that guests' needs are anticipated and that their dining experience is truly effortless. They work with the rest of the FOH and culinary teams to provide an exceptional guest experience delivered and maintained across the service while caring for, contributing to, and nurturing positive workplace culture. The candidate best suited to the role is an accomplished communicator and multi-tasker, knows how to drive the guest experience, is passionate about food, drink, wine, and excellent service, and will work to assist the operation by running food, seating guests, answering calls, and supporting the rest of the team, is compliant with Health & Safety, and most of all thrives in the mountains and all they have to offer.
