Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.60-$19.41 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
