Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our Residents. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome our Residents in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed. Utilize effective time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with our Residents and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
