Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and service. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

Previous Serving experience in a full service restaurant (required). Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. A willingness to help others, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration within the restaurant staff.
