Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

Experience in the food service industry is preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Bartending skills are a plus for those interested in beverage service. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.
