Your purpose in this role is to provide exceptional guest service encouraging the return of every guest who you come in contact with. This can be achieved through unpretentious, courteous, and professional behaviour taking into consideration any accommodation your guest might require and responding in a manner which will create a positive memory. You accept 100% responsibility for curating a selection of food and beverages that exceeds the expectations of your guest while maintaining the desired flow of their dining experience.
