Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each guest's visit. Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculations. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe dining environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

Pay: $15.00 per hour
