We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from greeting to payment. This role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities and the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure. Duties

Provide detailed information on menu items, specials and promotions Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing assistance as necessary. Handle payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction before they leave. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service. Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Work well under pressure and as a team player

Qualifications

Prior experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
