Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of service. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and serving stations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and basic calculations. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
