Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Servers to join our service team at the Italian Osteria & Cheesebar in Langley!

Responsibilities include:

Knowledge of all food and beverage offerings Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

Your Availability

We are seeking candidates with flexible afternoon and evening availability Monday - Sunday Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working in restaurants or other hospitality setting as a Server, Bartender, Host, Expeditor or other relevant role Valid Serving it Right Certification and thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge, WSET Certification considered an asset!
