We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of menu items and service techniques.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash or card payments. Knowledge of guest services principles within the restaurant environment. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations in food preparation and service. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
