As a Server, you will:

Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests. Staying updated on the current menu, and offers and advising guests accordingly. Receiving customer orders and transferring them to kitchen staff. Follow smart serve guidelines for responsible alcohol service. Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge. Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
What we need from you:

At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant. (Mandatory) Should have or be willing to obtain a Smart Serve certificate. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Night availability must go until 2AM, if needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. The ability to legally work in Canada.
