Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patrons receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and attend to guest needs will contribute significantly to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and kitchen equipment according to health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with any special requests from guests. Help train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean dining environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others create an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
