Job Description

Gather is a welcoming and vibrant restaurant focused on creating exceptional dining experiences through outstanding service, fresh ingredients, and good atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and personable server to join our team.

We're hiring a motivated and reliable server with at least 3 years of restaurant experience. As part of our front-of-house team, you'll provide friendly and attentive service, help guide guests through our menu, and contribute to the warm atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities:



Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Take accurate food and drink orders Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff Follow health and safety standards

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
