Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. At least one year of experience as a server will increase your chances of getting selected for an interview.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly. Ensure that all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications

Proficient in food handling practices to ensure safety and quality. Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong understanding of food safety regulations within a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant workflows is a plus. Working with flexible schedules and available on holidays and weekends for sure.
