Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $12.80-$14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
