We're seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Summary:

As a Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for providing knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You'll guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly; guide them through the menu with thorough knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently Deliver food and drinks with professionalism and attention to timing and presentation Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery Handle guest concerns or complaints with discretion and escalate when necessary Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, menus, and service stations Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards Uphold the restaurant's standards for professionalism, appearance, and demeanor

Qualifications:

1-2 years of serving experience in a semi fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., TouchBistro, etc.) Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.20 per hour
