Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a delightful dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Assist with food preparation as needed while following proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering is essential. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are necessary. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed throughout the shift.
