As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions as needed. Process payments accurately through cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
