As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Assist in the sanitization of tables, utensils, and service areas to maintain cleanliness. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling. Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records of orders.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but can be trained on the job. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
