Description Be a friendly ambassador for our Dawson restaurants- The Downtown Hotel, The Eldorado Hotel and The Midnight Sun. Responsibilities Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements We are able to train candidates for this position and require no special experience, but there are a few benchmarks which need to be met before hiring. Before applying, please ask yourself- Can I communicate effectively in English? Can I show up on time for all of my scheduled shifts? Can I accurately and effectively handle and count cash? Can I handle busy environments and work on my feet for extended periods? Bonus points for second languages, previous experience, and great people skills!
