Job Description
As a Server at Chuck's Cambridge, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring accuracy in all orders.
Skillfully mixing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Providing menu recommendations and offering exceptional customer service throughout guests' visits.
Handling cash and processing payments efficiently.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of orders.
Upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Working on positive reviews for the establishment
