We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support the team. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and service practices. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and basic food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in the food industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
