Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and hospitality, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
